How many sessions will I need?

This is a common question and in most cases between two and eight sessions depending on the problem presented and the individual concerned. We will set clear outcomes at the start of the sessions so that we will both know when these have been achieved.

Costs for Hypnotherapy

£60 per session with the exception of Smoking Cessation which is £150 (one off cost) which is spread over one or two sessions.
