What is Life Coaching? Life Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client that works to set realistic and achievable goals in the various aspects of your life. The goals can be financial, romantic, health, work or spiritually orientated. The coach is there to make sure that you reach your goals and they are the right goals for you.

Future Map Coaching This is a unique way of incorporating Future Life Progression into the sessions so that we can look into your future in 5 and 10 years time at the initial sessions then as we make progress be able to see the difference by going forward in time again to see what has changed. Who says you cannot design your own future!! How many sessions and what are the costs? The initial consultation normally lasts for 60 - 90 minutes after that the number of sessions is mutually agreed between coach and client and costs £60. Normally sessions are held once a week for 30 minutes and this can be done via the internet using Skype.
